President - Shane Myers

Provides overall leadership for the HOA and Board of Directors, including HOA administration, contracts, disputes, insurance, and architectural review matters.

Vice President - Julie Peterson

Assists the President and serves on the Board of Directors in HOA planning and decision-making.

Treasurer - Nathan Noakes

Oversees HOA finances, including invoices, budgeting, taxes, and annual assessment collection.

Secretary - Adam Johnston

Maintains Board meeting minutes and assists with HOA planning, administration, and decision-making.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

Reviews architectural change requests and assists the Board with the evaluation and communication process.

Social Committee

Helps organize and coordinate community events and related activities.
