The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews exterior improvements and structures to help maintain the appearance and property values of the Ben Oaks community.

ARC approval may be required for improvements including:

Fences • Sheds • Decks • Pools • Playhouses/Swing Sets • Siding Changes • Roofing Changes • Home Additions • Driveway/Asphalt Extensions • Solar Panels • Patios • Driveway Entry Pillars

Before beginning an exterior improvement, please review the architectural guidelines and submit an Architectural Change Request Form for consideration.
