Annual Assessments

Annual assessments are collected in accordance with the Ben Oaks governing documents, including the Declaration of Covenants, Articles of Incorporation, and By-Laws.

Payment Frequency: Once annually

Assessment invoices are mailed to homeowners prior to the due date. Please follow the payment instructions included with your annual invoice.

Late or unpaid assessments may be subject to interest charges of 12% per annum. A lien may also be levied against the property, with applicable fees associated with a late or non-payment assessment added to the original assessment.
